Vacuum instantly across the whole surface
The tools are porous throughout. Vacuum acts across the entire surface; we add vent holes only where they help, for example to ease demoulding. The result: clean edges, even wall thickness, far less webbing, fewer thin spots and air inclusions, even on difficult contours.
Cost like Ureol, tool life like aluminium
Priced at the level of polyurethane tooling (Ureol), yet reaching nearly the tool life and process stability of aluminium moulds. A single mould has already produced more than 10,000 parts from 5 mm ABS. Unlike plastic 3D printed tools, which last only a few parts, our tools are designed for pre-series and small series up to several thousand parts.
